Dess Soh
Mr Soh joined our group in 2004 as Vice President, Sales in our component, design and distribution division. Before joining the group, Mr Soh held senior sales and marketing role with various electronics distribution companies. He is responsible for identifying and developing existing businesses and new accounts. Mr Soh has over 23 years of experience in the electronics industry working with major OEM, EMS, design house and IPO organisation. Mr Soh holds a graduate diploma in Sales and Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK).

Basil Chan
Since the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer in June 2008, the Company has continued to engage Mr Basil Chan of MBE Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd to oversee the finance and accounting function of the Company until a suitable financial controller has been identified and appointed. He is supported by an experienced finance team.

Mr Chan sits on the boards of several listed companies where he is an independent director and chairman of the audit committees in a number of these companies. He holds a BSc Econ (Hons) degree from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He is also a Council Member and Board Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
